Our Online Community Is Growing! Why Haven't You Joined?

 When relationships end we sometimes tend to feel rejected, not worthy,
unwanted, unlovable, and incapable of ever finding another man to fill
that special place in our heart.  Our self-esteem is at an all time low and
we suffer from insecurities. It's at these times when we really need to
reconnect to our more feminine side and remember that we are a
Very Special Lady!

Simple things we can do to feel good about ourselves:

Purchase a new outfit and take yourself out to lunch at a quaint little
sidewalk cafe.

Get a massage or make an appointment for a beauty make-over.

Become a tourist in your own town.

Have a pajama party with your closest friends (no, you're never too old!)
Rent some scary movies, or weepy romances, make up a batch of really
fattening brownies, buy sugary soda, shake up some pina coladas,  and
just be health-naughty for one night.

Trade your car in on a racy new, bolder, sports model.

Make a special time each day to touch a more spiritual level of awareness.
This can be done through prayer, meditation, yoga, exercise, volunteer
work, or whatever means you like.

Start a journal.

Make an appointment to have some Glamour shots done at a photography
studio. Or be daring and seductive and go for some revealing Boudoir shots!

Buy yourself flowers.

Write down everything that you always wanted to do, such as: visiting the
Pyramids; writing a book; restoring antiques; or starting a garden. Leave
nothing out. Pick out at least one and DO IT!

To keep your heart open to new prospects write that special man (you know,
the one you haven't met yet but you know is out there) a letter.

Pack some munchies and go on a day trip.

Buy yourself some love. A furry little puppy, kitty, bird, or what-ever
little pet strikes your fancy.

Put on your favorite music, light some candles, and let the rythym
carry you away.

Buy some home decorating magazines and redecorate your home,
apartment, or special room.
